The Sacred Promise

Reading at Star of Danu means more than having intuitive ability. It means offering guidance with judgment, kindness, honesty and respect for the client’s autonomy.

1. No fear, dependency or false certainty

• No curse, hex, possession or supernatural-danger tactics used to frighten a client.
• No paid “curse removal,” protection scheme or invented emergency.
• No guarantee that a supernatural event or predicted outcome will occur.
• No telling a client they need you, repeated sessions or a payment in order to be safe.
• No coercive upselling or manipulation during vulnerable moments.

2. Professional boundaries

• Do not diagnose medical or mental-health conditions or prescribe treatment.
• Do not tell clients to disregard licensed medical, mental-health, legal or financial professionals.
• Do not present spiritual guidance as legal advice or professional financial advice.
• Do not represent Sacred Live Readers as an emergency or crisis service.

3. Client agency

You may offer interpretation, intuition and perspective. The client remains responsible for their own life and decisions. Your language should support agency rather than replace it.

4. Privacy and confidentiality

Protect client information. Do not request unnecessary private contact information. Do not share session content, screenshots, transcripts or personal details outside the platform except where authorized by policy or legally required. Phone/video sessions are not to be privately recorded without the clear consent and legal basis required by Star of Danu policy.

5. On-platform relationships and payments

Do not move a client off-platform to avoid platform payment, commission, safety controls or review systems. Do not solicit gifts, private transfers, secret fees or separate paid protection services. Refunds are controlled through Star of Danu’s platform policy, not private side arrangements.

6. Respectful conduct

No harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, fraud, impersonation, sexual exploitation, illegal content or misuse of a client’s vulnerability. Readers must also report serious client misconduct through the platform process rather than retaliating.

7. Safety escalation

If you reasonably believe there is an imminent threat of serious harm, stop treating the situation as an ordinary reading and follow the current Star of Danu safety escalation procedure. Human safety comes first.

8. Reviews and marketplace integrity

Do not buy, trade, threaten for, script or manipulate reviews. Do not retaliate against a client for a lawful review. Star of Danu may investigate suspicious review activity.

9. Profile truthfulness and content rights

Keep your experience, tools, biography, images and claims accurate. Only upload content you have the right to use. Approved profile content may be displayed and promoted by Star of Danu under the final Reader Agreement.

10. Independent provider responsibilities

The production Reader Agreement will define independent-provider status, rates, commissions, payouts, taxes, chargebacks, refunds, suspension, termination and other business terms. These items require final legal review before launch.

11. Enforcement

Violations may result in coaching, content changes, temporary unavailability, suspension, investigation, payout holds where legally permitted, or removal from the marketplace depending on severity.
